I walk my own path. How do I know? Because I increasingly shape my environment around what truly suits me, rather than shaping myself to fit the world around me.
Everyone is unique, and everyone is equally valuable. As I deepened my understanding of myself, I came to realise that I was living a life in which my talents and needs were not given enough space. Once I became aware of this, I no longer felt in the right place. This insight led to change: my beliefs shifted, my ambitions found a new direction, and I consciously chose to build a life that genuinely fits me. My personal leadership grew.
Today, I live from the inside out, rather than the other way around. And that is what I wish for you as well. This process has brought me closer to what truly matters to me: a life that offers calm, clarity and meaning — for myself and for others. Your wishes and needs may be very different, and I am glad to support you in moving closer to what matters to you.
My entire career has been centred around Learning and Development — within myself and with the people I work with. I am continually fascinated by the inner worlds of others. They are an endless source of insight, growth and connection. In coaching, I experience everything I value: depth, complexity, and the fulfilment of making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
I would be pleased to accompany you on the path towards what truly matters to you.
I also work with teams (which I see as groups of individuals).

In 2018, I made a conscious decision to walk my own path and to align my choices accordingly — accepting the consequences that came with that decision. Since then, much has changed. I now live a life that is more in tune with who I am at my core.
I live in Schoonhoven. Cooking, photography, walking and sailing give me space in both my mind and my heart. I stay active by cycling — indoors or outdoors, depending on the season — and whenever possible, I take my camper van into the woods to enjoy nature and gain perspective on life.
Alongside my work as a coach, I write children’s books. Stories that help children find their own way amidst everything they feel and think. Because for them too, the same applies: you do not need to have all the answers — you can begin by listening to yourself.
